High Duel

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

The short version

Play fair, treat other players decently, and look after your own password. The game is provided as it is. Anything you buy in it is currency inside a game — it has no cash value and it does not come back out.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and High Duel, which operates the game and the websites at highduel.com and highnoonremake.com. Playing means you accept them; if you do not, do not play.

2. Age

You must be 13 or older to play or to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian read these terms with you.

3. Your account

You can play as a guest with no account. Some features need one, including friends, messages, the leaderboards and saving your progress across devices.

4. Conduct and content

Most of what you write in High Duel is read by another player. You are responsible for it. Do not use the game for:

What you write in the game is recorded. Messages, the notes sent after a duel and the tavern chat are kept for a limited period so that we can look into reports and answer the law. The Privacy Policy sets out how long and who can see it — no other player can.

We may remove content and close accounts. A name can be reset, a message removed, and an account suspended or closed for breaking these rules; serious cases get no warning. To report a player, open their card in the game and use the report button, or email [email protected] with the name and what happened. A record of the report is kept — see the Privacy Policy.

You can also limit who may write to you. Private messages come only from friends and from players you have actually duelled, so removing somebody as a friend stops theirs unless the two of you have fought. The short note sent after a duel is the exception: any player can leave one on your card, and leaving one does not let them message you.

5. Coins, Big Bucks and virtual items

Coins are earned by playing and have never cost money. Big Bucks are a second currency, bought with real money in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or on the website through Stripe, and spent inside the game on the things the store offers for them. What is offered for Big Bucks may change over time. The price and what you get are shown before you confirm — by the store in your own currency in the app, in US dollars on the website — and the payment provider's own terms of sale apply alongside these.

Coins, Big Bucks, guns, hats, skins, items and everything else inside the game:

A purchase is added to the account that was signed in when it was made, and to no other. If you have paid and your balance has not moved, open the shop again on the same account and device — an unfinished purchase is picked up where it stopped. If it still has not arrived, email [email protected] with the store's receipt. The Privacy Policy says what we keep about a purchase, and Delete Your Account says what happens to a balance when an account goes.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account screen. There is a grace period in which you can change your mind — sign back in and tap RESTORE MY ACCOUNT. After that the account is gone, along with your coins, items, statistics and messages, and your player name becomes available for anyone to use again — everything addressed to you is removed from other players' records first, so a later holder inherits none of it. Safety records are kept — reports, and the record of what you wrote to other players — so that closing an account cannot be used to erase what led to it. The Privacy Policy sets out what deletion covers and what it does not.

7. The game itself

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, High Duel is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for lost progress, lost purchases, downtime, or any other loss arising from using or being unable to use the game. Where we are found liable in spite of that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some places do not allow limits like these. Where that is so, this section applies only as far as the law where you live permits, and your rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top moves when they do, and anything significant — particularly anything about money — will be announced in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play afterwards means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

11. Contact

Email [email protected] with anything at all — a fault, a report, or a question about these terms.
