High Duel

Delete Your Account

Last updated: 17 September 2026

The short version

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the game, in about four taps. It is permanent. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will do it for you.

Deleting it yourself

  1. Open High Duel and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Choose Delete my account.
  4. Confirm when asked.

This works the same way in the browser and in the app.

If you cannot sign in

If you have forgotten your password and cannot get back in, try Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen first — that is usually quicker than waiting for us.

If that is not possible, email [email protected] from the address on the account, or tell us the player name. We may need to ask you something only the account holder would know before we delete it, because a request that we act on without checking is a way for somebody else to delete your account.

What is deleted

Everything held against your account: your progress and coins, anything you have unlocked or bought, your character, your statistics, your friends list, messages you have sent and received, and any sign-in methods linked to it.

What happens to your player name

It becomes available again once deletion completes. Everything addressed to you is removed from other players' records first, so a player who takes the name later inherits none of your conversations or history.

Things worth knowing before you do it

How long it takes

Deleting it yourself takes effect immediately, after the grace period. A request by email is handled as soon as we can, and always within 30 days.
